Fashionably On Time, Inc is an authorized dealer for all of our products.  All products come with Manufacture warranty.  We guarantee all products sold are new and not used. 

Consumer Beware!!  Many online websites selling similar products may not be an authorized internet dealer or are not authorized dealers at all.   Therefore, if you purchase a timepiece from an unrecognized source, it may be counterfeit, stolen, damaged, or may not contain genuine parts.  Some of there products they sell with diamonds maybe aftermarket.  Please beware especially on auction sites.  Manufacturer will not validate the watch warranty if they are not an authorize dealer.

Custom orders:

Fashionably On Time, Inc. offers customized products.  Please contact us by phone or email for more information.  “A custom order requires a 50% deposit.”

Our Return Policy: 

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it so that we receive the merchandise back within 15 days of the (receive) date for a full product refund.  Please contact us for return authorization, if product is mailed without return authorization; we will not accept the package.  The product must be new / unused condition with all original packaging.
